These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the tk11bat platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment services, bonuses, and customer support features available to players in Bangladesh. Section 1

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

"tk11bat" / "Platform"	The online gaming and sports betting service operated at tk11bat.net, including all associated web pages, features, games, payment systems, and customer support services.
"Player" / "User" / "You"	Any individual who has registered an account on the tk11bat platform and is accessing or using any of its features.
"Account"	The registered player account held by a User on the tk11bat platform, containing their personal details, balance, transaction history, and gaming records.
"Balance"	The total amount of real-money BDT funds held in a Player's tk11bat account, excluding any locked bonus funds until wagering requirements are met.
"Bonus Funds"	Any promotional credits, match bonuses, free spins monetary equivalent, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's account under an active promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
"Wagering Requirement"	The total turnover amount (expressed as a multiple of the deposit and/or bonus amount) that a Player must complete before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by tk11bat before processing a Player's first withdrawal or upon reasonable request at any time.
"BDT"	Bangladeshi Taka (৳) — the sole currency of the tk11bat platform for all deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and account balances.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tk11bat website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and tk11bat.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account, deposit funds, or use any feature of the tk11bat platform. Continued use of the platform after any published update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

tk11bat reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions apply to all Players regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access the tk11bat platform. Mobile users, desktop users, and users accessing tk11bat via any supported browser are equally bound by these terms.

Section 3

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access real-money gaming and betting features on tk11bat, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the tk11bat platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — are strictly prohibited. tk11bat reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings or balances where duplicate account activity is detected.

Eligibility requirements for registration are as follows:

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using any feature of the tk11bat platform.
You must register using your own true legal name, date of birth, and contact information. Registering on behalf of another person, or using another person's identity, is strictly forbidden.
You must not already hold an active or previously closed account on the tk11bat platform, unless you have received explicit written permission from tk11bat support to re-register.
You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of tk11bat is lawful in your location.
You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a tk11bat employee or contractor in a role that could create a conflict of interest with fair use of the platform.
You must provide a valid, working email address and phone number that you own and have regular access to for the purposes of account verification, security alerts, and support communications.

KYC Verification: tk11bat will request identity verification documents (KYC) prior to processing your first withdrawal and may request them at any time thereafter. Accepted documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being paused.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the tk11bat platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied to transactions made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. For bank transfer and card transactions, standard processing times and any fees levied by your financial institution may apply independently of tk11bat's processing.

Deposit terms: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though tk11bat reserves the right to apply individual account deposit limits for responsible gaming or security purposes. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account within five (5) minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. tk11bat is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider, telecommunications network issues, or bank processing times outside of the platform's control.

Withdrawal terms: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. tk11bat aims to process approved withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals that trigger a KYC review or are flagged by the platform's security systems may take up to 72 hours to process while the review is completed.

Supported deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, Mastercard.
Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
Withdrawal identity rule: Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with tk11bat support constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension.
Dormant account balance: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee of ৳50 may be applied to dormant accounts. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

Deposit Safety: tk11bat will never ask you to share your bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, bank password, or any authentication credential. All legitimate deposit processes are initiated by you through the tk11bat cashier page. If you receive any communication requesting your payment credentials, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotions Policy

tk11bat offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the promotion at the time of activation, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds in your account balance. Real-money funds are wagered first unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Bonus funds become withdrawable only once the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are calculated on the combined deposit and bonus amount unless the promotion specifies a bonus-only calculation.

tk11bat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play patterns, coordinated multi-account wagering, abuse of the wagering mechanics, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

Each player is entitled to claim each welcome or first-deposit bonus once only. Bonuses tied to a specific payment method (e.g., a bKash-specific reload bonus) are similarly limited to one claim per qualifying event per player.
Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino table games may contribute between 10%–20%, and certain game categories may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations.
tk11bat may apply a maximum bet limit while bonus funds are active (typically ৳500 per bet round or spin). Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus being voided.
Where a promotion includes a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds, that cap is stated in the promotion's specific terms and takes precedence over the general withdrawal policy for that bonus only.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games available on the tk11bat platform are provided by third-party certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, and Nolimit City. These studios maintain their own game-specific rules, RTP (Return to Player) percentages, and Random Number Generator (RNG) certifications. tk11bat does not modify or influence the outcome of any game. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG or live dealer process employed by the respective game studio.

Sports betting markets on tk11bat — covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the recorded data from tk11bat's official data provider at the time of bet settlement will be considered final. tk11bat's trading team decisions on market settlement are final and binding.

Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that there is no guarantee of winning. Past performance in any game or betting market does not predict or guarantee future results. tk11bat does not offer investment advice and no game or betting activity on the platform should be construed as an investment.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or platform error that affects a game round or bet placement, tk11bat will investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as possible. Bets placed or game rounds initiated during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account. tk11bat is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's own connection failure, device fault, or browser incompatibility.

Section 7

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered Player on tk11bat, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment through lawful gaming and betting activity. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

Registering more than one account on the tk11bat platform, or registering an account on behalf of another person, regardless of their consent.
Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification, including using another person's identity documents.
Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human interaction method to play games, place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the tk11bat platform.
Attempting to exploit software bugs, RNG patterns, game logic errors, or any other platform vulnerability for financial gain. Such incidents must be reported to support immediately.
Using the tk11bat platform to launder money, process proceeds of criminal activity, or facilitate any transaction connected to unlawful conduct.
Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward tk11bat support staff, other players in live game chat environments, or any representative of the platform.
Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access your account, place bets, or transact on your behalf.
Attempting to access the tk11bat platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of location masking to circumvent geographic access controls.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: tk11bat takes violations of these obligations seriously. In confirmed cases of fraud, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or money laundering, all balances (real-money and bonus) in the affected account(s) will be forfeited in full. tk11bat cooperates with law enforcement agencies and financial crime authorities where legally required.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

tk11bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where a Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, where fraudulent activity is detected or suspected, where a Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or where account activity is inconsistent with responsible gaming standards.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, access to the account's balance will be held pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes with no breach of these Terms & Conditions, the full balance will be released and normal account access restored. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in part or in full depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — whether for personal preference or as a responsible gaming measure — may do so at any time by contacting the tk11bat customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be paid out to the Player's registered payment method following successful KYC verification. Voluntary closure requests submitted as a responsible gaming self-exclusion measure will be treated with priority and processed immediately.

tk11bat is not liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or inconvenience resulting from a legitimate account suspension or closure enacted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Players who disagree with an account action may raise a formal complaint with the tk11bat support team, and the matter will be reviewed within five (5) business days.

Responsible Gaming Closure: If you are closing your account because gambling is causing you personal or financial harm, please inform our support team so that your closure can be processed as a self-exclusion.
